Adam Berkelhamer has enjoyed a 17 year career working domestically and internationally on award winning projects ranging from the largest roof structure in Europe (Liege-Guillemins TGV) to a class A residential tower in Chicago (30 West Oak). Berkelhamer's expertise also includes designing and remodeling smaller scale residential projects. Regardless of size or program, he takes pleasure in tackling each building's unique design challenges.
Prior to founding Berkelhamer Architects, he was associated with highly respected architecture firms. As a Principal at Booth Hansen, he led the design effort for The Joffrey Tower, 30 West Oak and Sono West. He also worked directly with internationally famous Architect Santiago Calatrava in his Swiss office assisting with the execution of several European high speed rail stations and bridges.
Berkelhamer is NCARB certified, a member of the American Institute of Architects and a Registered Architect.
